Daphne Huston is the founder and director of Peak Real Estate Management.  For more than 25 years, she has executed in excess of $600 million in transactions, and acquired, managed and repositioned multi-family properties across Texas.  Daphne has experience working for both owner-managed companies as well as third-party management companies.  As a result, she combines best-practices in professional building management with a financially astute perspective on value.

Daphne formed Peak Real Estate Management where she has combined her investment experience and philosophy with the creative talent required to renovate and reposition properties.  Daphne also brings extensive knowledge in property assessment and transaction due diligence.  Believing a customer’s request is never too big or too small, she manages each of her client’s properties as if they were her own – always focused on value.  Daphne is an active member of the Houston Apartment Association.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
